1st round: Phone interview
2nd round: Face to face interview
The interviewers are very friendly, they will not pressure you if you fail to answer the question.
Interview focus on both technical and non-technical stuffs, including software development concept, OOP and Java technical skills, project management experiences, algorithms and case study.

Question 1
Phone interview: mainly about my past working experience, including brief company background, project size, techniques I was using for development with a technical case study.
Face to face interview: Coding test using Java, questions on OOP and Java basic concepts, in depth questions on technical skills, algorithm question on whiteboard.

Interview
It consists of 2 round interview process, the first round is some coding questions, while the second round is more on your experience. Overall it is easy as long as you have foundation of java.
