The NestorBird SUPER10 selection process consists of five stages designed to assess practical thinking, communication, and real-world problem-solving ability. It begins with a Smart Application Review, where your pitch, product understanding, and video introduction are evaluated. Shortlisted candidates then take a 45-minute Rapid-Fire Assessment covering situational judgement, logical reasoning, written clarity, and tool fluency. In Stage 3, the Case Challenge, you receive a business scenario and submit a structured solution including product recommendation, scope, timeline, and a client email. This is followed by the Live Pressure Round, where you defend your case in a video interview, testing your confidence and clarity under pressure. Finally, the Founder’s Table round evaluates your mindset, communication, and cultural fit. Overall, the process focuses less on theoretical knowledge and more on how effectively you think, communicate, and handle real business situations.
