Interview
Standard online application, including questions on why I applied to Nestle and why I was interested in finance. This was followed by a round of psychometric testing - numerical reasoning and situational strengths tests, I found these easier than most of the tests from other companies, particularly the numerical reasoning. After this was a video interview, which was again pretty straight forward, much like any other competency based interview, although I was never actually asked why Nestle, so I included that in the last part of the interview where you can add any further things.
I was unsuccessful in passing this stage, mostly down to lack of preparation before the interview.

Interview
Process was simple. Applied online, scheduled online interview but it turned out to be a phone interview despite the email instructions. Interviewer was 30-40 minutes late, simple behavioral questions, I asked question about the role but did not get clear answers. Withdrew application.

How do you handle multiple tasks?
Met with HR for first interview, then with hiring Manager for virtual interview call. Did not progress beyond this stage as the job was determined to be too junior for my experience.
it was a nice process. Had 3 rounds. first two went well, third not so. Very nice workers and pretty fair processes with welcoming people. interview were hard, but very into the point.
