I applied directly to their HR department. A couple days later I was contacted through a temp agency that would assist through the interview process. I was sent an interactive assessment to gauge my call center skills. After that I scheduled an interview with an NPi supervisor through the temp agency. The interview itself was about 30 minutes.

Interview
Pretty easy, they hire anyone. The interview is over the phone and not very long. Then you come in to the office and fill out background information about your past and household. There is a federal background and drug test that you have to be pass. They do say they will hire you depending on the charge

Initial 30 min hr introduction of company, discussion about salary, previous experience. Once the first stage is cleared written test for 90mins. Develop test cases, answer technical questions with use case scenario based questions. I completed this test in weekend based on hr request.
Invited to zoom video meeting. Introduced to team member from middle east and question answer session started.
Bitter experience as the interviewer questions were poking and confusing. The person was looking for specific answers but not interested in hearing what the interviewee is saying.
