Interview
I applied directly to their HR department. A couple days later I was contacted through a temp agency that would assist through the interview process. I was sent an interactive assessment to gauge my call center skills. After that I scheduled an interview with an NPi supervisor through the temp agency. The interview itself was about 30 minutes.
