The process included several stages: an initial call with the recruiter, a technical interview with the hiring manager , and a final discussion with HR abroad. Everyone I spoke with was polite, professional, and asked relevant, practical questions.
However, the process was quite slow, with long gaps between stages. Toward the end, the travel expectation unexpectedly changed from once per quarter to once per month, and after the rejection, the job title was updated from Data Center Security Architect to Security Engineer which felt inconsistent.
Overall, the experience was professional but slow, with clear communication during the interviews, though I would have appreciated a more personalized follow-up after such a long process.
