Applied to a job posting, received an email a couple days later asking to do a phone screening. During the call, I was told I was lacking the experience they were looking for which was not in the original posting! If they had read my resume, they would have seen my lack of experience, but clearly they didn't even bother. Not only was it a total waste of time, but it's frankly insulting.
