Initial phone screen with HR about your experience, motivation.
Then, a take-home code challenge with three problems. One for data structures/algorithms, another one for knowledge of the language (C++ in my case), the other on working in a shared codebase (style/documentation/code review). Overall, an interesting set of questions that covers a lot of relevant skills. You get a week to complete it at your own pace.
Next is on-site with engineers from your target team to review your code challenge and some follow-ups
