Interview
It was through a temp agency. Did a brief interview with the temp agency and the very next day interviewed with the HR manager and the director of sales for another opening they had as well.
Most candidates will submit a resume, then come in and fill out an application when they come in for an interview. Once they have completed the application they will meet with some one in HR for a breif interview. After HR has talked with them, the candidate will meet with a department manager or director for the position they are applying for.

Question 1
They will ask about your work schedule needs, past work history, and what you know about NCC. In my case, i was also asked about my future goals and what position I had more of an interest in since I was being considered for two openings.
