It was fairly straightforward, the recruit reached out to me to set up a time for a video interview w/ the project team leads. The interview was about 30-45 minutes. The team was very nice and pleasant to talk to and the company seemed like a fun place to work!

Welcomed to the local office and shown around. Of three scheduled interviewers, only 2 were present - 1 in person and 1 via Skype (or something similar). Was told they would provide info about the company and project then I would provide info on my experiences, etc. They did provide high-level info about the project, their working partnership with another contractor, etc. Never got to talk about my experiences - they seemed to have made up their mind at some point along they that they were not interested in me. I knew when I left the interviewer's office that I was not going to receive an offer.
