The process is very messed up. While setting up interviews they would call at random times even at 8:30 PM and when you need clarifications, they won't even answer your calls or your emails. In my case I cleared all of the 3 online tests, namely IQ Test, MCQ Test and Coding Test. And then I got an invite for an interview where the interviewer did not show up and HR sent an email to inform that interview is cancelled 5 mins before the interview is to start. Mind you, not a call just an email . This clearly shows how they don't care about the candidate's time. Nevertheless I still agreed for rescheduling the interview next week and this time the interviewer did show up but you could easily sense that he was not having enough experience to interview a 11+ years of experience person. It seemed he had a set of questions given to him for interviewing a fresher and did not have any practical knowledge. It is worth mentioning that even after answering most of the questions. I did not get a callback from HR after this. The same HR who was calling me at odd times and texting me when I was busy to answer had now ghosted me . I did not expect such poor experience from Nagarro. It is a shame that we still treat people this way. Atleast we should have the decency of informing the candidates that we are proceeding further . This shows how rotten the company's culture is and how poorly they handle people. My advice to anyone looking to interview here is please do not waste your time .
