First we have some aptitude test and then we have 2 or 3 rounds of interview
Aptitude was very simple.
If they get another candidate then they are not interested in taking you interview

They wanted to know me as a person, they first want to check if you would be a good fit in their team and after that they check your technical skills
Depends on the interviewer. The interviewer spoke too fast and was very rigid. I couldn't understand him. I kept pointing it out but he refused to slow down. Bad experience
