I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Santa Clara, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Was contacted by HR on LinkedIn. This was followed by two phone interviews. Neither of the phone interviews were technical. Most questions were about my resume and projects I had worked on. Finally, I was invited to an on-site. Again, all except one asked questions about my resume. Lunch was great!

Question 1
Most questions were about my resume. One asked C programming questions.
Online Assessment followed by a few in person interviews. Relatively simple, but the volume of applications makes it hard to say what is the determining factor in who gets selected

It was a long process, I gave an OA and then a technical interview that was an hour long. I was asked a lot of numericals in the interview. I was also asked a coding question. The interviewers were very helpful.
