Interview
The first step was video recording interview, which consists of 5-6 video questions and 5 other yes/no questions. Most of the questions were relatively easy and could be answered with basic preparation. However, there were couple more detailed questions related to the task/industry that were a bit more difficult.
Very informative and straightforward. Human resources was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made the entire process clear and transparent from start to finish. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless."
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.

I got a HireVue interview, but I waited for 2 months and was rejected. But I got the manager, and the hiring people saw my LinkedIn profile. I know that doesn't mean anything.
