Interview

Both steps were professionally done. It was smooth and friendly
I applied online. I interviewed at NFU in Oct 2025
Interview
Far too long and unnecessary. The outcome from my point of view was obvious in the first 40 minutes. No need to drag it out and make it uncomfortable. 2 hrs is a marathon and was the longest interview I've ever had.
It took exactly 14 days from the interview date to tell me. This is pretty bad, not that I expected to get the role.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NFU (Warwick, West Midlands, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
It was simple and straightforward. I was invited for a first interview via teams and then a second interview which was in person at the head office. I was then shown around the offices and received an offer through a recruitment consultant the next day.
