Facilitated with care and ease by a recruiting coordinator, followed by a two series interview process. There was first a phone screen, then a 1:1 with the manager, followed by a group back-to-back interview with director-levels from cross functional teams.

The hiring manager representative sends an email contact to schedule interview with hiring Manager. initial interview was the 1st level screening. If you pass that then you go to next round.
