MycoWorks interview questions

i a company recruiter reached out to me directly. that went extremely well, and she placed with a rep in HR. that too, was an exceptional conversation. i was looking forward to meeting with the hiring manager. unfortunately this is were the niceties end. firstly, the hiring manager was late. secondly, the interview was more about him and his career progression than me and my skill set. and oh, there was a brief mention of the product and some brief sample that were exposed. heres the kicker. the hiring manager had, like me, a consultant background. so when he asked a very SPECIFIC question to a problem mycoworks was having in relations to "tray sizes etc, and what i would do to fix them..." that was my cue to give an off the wall "solution" to this clown who was obviously looking for free consulting advice. this guy is on the leadership team and this alone proves what the company reviews are stating on glassdoor. this culture is trash, and is portraying itself as otherwise. i would avoid this company at all costs. they will waste your time, and try to get free consulting in lieu of an actual interview for the role.

3 interviews - First round was screening from the recruiter and the following two were interviews with the leads. The whole process took about 3 weeks. I was ghosted even after sending a follow up about a week after the final interview
