The interviewer was polite and professional, explained well the role and the responsibilities, and asked many behavioral questions. The interview lasted about 1 hour. They were other emotional intelligence type tests I did before the interview, as well as a one way video interview.

How would you deal with unprofessional subcontractors?
Straightforward and to the point. Didn’t asked me anything I wouldn’t have expected. Did a case study to examine skills, meet with a couples PMs. Everyone was really friendly and was less informal than I thought.

Interview
Easy interview about background and relevance to the position, skills test (MS office), then no communication/follow up. "End of week" next steps turned into no contact. A "No" is a fine response, but it's not ok to have people take a chunk out of their day for a skills test and then never follow up.
