Had a phone interview and then went for an actual interview.
On the website they described the role as 'Junior Operations Manager' without a lot of information about what exactly you'd be doing on a daily basis. There's a reason for that: you're NOT applying to be a junior operations manager, you are in fact applying for a call center job.
The place is super crowded, far too many people in a small place. It was boiling hot, and looked very uncomfortable. We just had the interview in a sofa next to where everyone else was working. Not a bit of privacy. So much for professionalism.
Basically all you have to do all day long is be on the phone, talking to customers etc. They expect you to do overtime without any questions. Which is fine, if you get a decent salary. This is not the case at Move24. The maximum is 22k. Peanuts basically.
I doubt the people at Move24 have an idea of what an operations manager really is, because it sure isn't the same as being a phone agent. It angers me how they try to trick people to come for an interview by using a false title in their job vacancies.
They try to advertise themselves as a hip & trendy startup, but the place is more depressing than a Soviet gulag. Not recommended!
