It was overall a 3 step process :
Part 1 : Meeting with a HR. 30min call very easy and nice. Mostly to validate my profile, ask very simple questions, shared salary range, the type of project, the company benefits, etc..
Part 2 : Meeting with Leads / Directors : That was a 1h / 1h30 meeting.
The people were very nice and welcoming. We went a bit more in depth in my skills, how I work, my experience. But no trick question or anything complicated honestly. It was mostly an "in-depth" conversation.
Part 3 : Meeting the team(s). For this I had 3 x 1h long meeting with different team members. People sharing the same title as me, or people that I would probably work with during production. This was also quite easy going, but contained more complicated question to answer to sometimes. But overall the process was for the team & me to check if we would get along and work well together.
