I didn't apply for the job, I got inmail from a recruiter that I replied and started the interview process.
There were 4 interviews
1- With HR
2- Technical Interview
3- Technical Interview (Deep dive)
4- Design & Architecture
5- Made an offer
Over all experience was good. But was a little bit lengthy.

Interview
I interviewed at Motive in March 2025. There were 4 interviews
1. Technical Phone Screen
2. Manager Round
3. Deep Dive
4. Top grading (Behavioral)
The interviews were relatively easy. I had 1YOE so maybe that might be the reason. Initially I was told there will be a system design interview but it didn't take place. Before each interview a prep doc was given to help navigate what the interview will pertain.

They asked Two sum with a variation to find all the groups without repetition.
They also asked a knapsack problem to maximize the loaded weight in the truck.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth, the team was very friendly and guided me throughout the 5 rounds. From the 5 rounds, 1 was an assignment and 4 were interviews. The interviews consisted of a perfect blend of technical, general and problem-solving questions. The team did not pressurize me or look down on me for not knowing answers.
