First interview is initial screening second one is with bdr manager.Ive just been through 1st one wish me luck they said they will let me know within 24 hours.After that 3rd Interview will be conducted.

Interview
There are usually three interview rounds. The second round is with a Sales Manager and is generally the most important—it'll be the biggest factor in whether you move forward. The final round is with senior leadership and is more of a culture and fit conversation.
One thing to keep in mind is that the hiring process can take around a month because Motive conducts thorough background and employment verification. I'd recommend reaching out to previous managers or colleagues in advance so you have references ready if needed.
Once everything is cleared and you accept the offer, they'll ship you a complete work kit, including a laptop, charger, mouse, and even a hotspot device.
