Super day consists of 2 Technicals and 1 behavioural interview.
Test Data Structure & Algo and CS fundamentals. It is a pretty straightforward process, and the interviewers are nice.

Interview
Started with a screening where I had to record myself answering several standard questions about background/experience/why Morgan Stanley. Received email about a month later inviting me to “Super Day.” Had an interview with 2-3 engineers and they asked me a simple string manipulation question and dug deeper into how it could be optimized. Received offer a few weeks later.

Interview
Two back to back interviews 45 mins. Asked technical questions about OOP and software development concepts as well as some behavioral. I heard back a few weeks later. Overall smooth interview process and fair.

Hire view interview where they asked 3 questions about new trends in technology, what experiences have readied you for this position. Received two tries per question and time to think about answer, only gave 1.5 minutes to answer each question.
