Morgan Stanley visited our campus for IT analyst profile for the Strats and Modelling division based in Mumbai. There was a 2-hour written test which had questions on algorithm and probability. They shortlisted 10 people for the interviews. The first round had 2 interviews of 30 minutes each. The interviews were again based on probability and algorithms. Five people were shortlisted for the final round.

The whole progress is smooth and respectful, pretty detailed questions on all aspects but they are mainly interested in security, candidates should focus more on network and encrypt algorithms , some background questions also mentioned too

Interview
The interview process involved 3 different interviews (Competency based and 2 technical interviews) and a group exercise which was budgetary related. Overall it was a long day but everyone was friendly and despite it being tough it was enjoyable.
