First I got a call from recruitment fairly quickly after applying, when they said right away that they are going to change the job title from Process Automation Manager to VBA Developer Team Lead, which doesn't exactly sound the same. We had a great 30 mins call. Later on, I received another call where they told me that I'll get a test in VBA and SQL. I've got the test few days later, spent an hour with it, sent it back, and haven't heard back anything since.
