One phone and one onsite. Phone-behavior and tech. i.e. go through resume, salesperson experience, leadership..
tech, current trend of the market, real estate bubble in china, oil price change, stock, bond, t-bill.
Over all experience is good, except for they called me half an hour later than the scheduled time.

Interview
Apply online and after around one month comes the phone interviews. There are several of them with each 1 to 1 interview by manager as well as HR. The interview questions are basic ones to test the knowledge of the industry, especially what this position in Morgan Stanley is about, and HR would care more whether the character and previous experience fit their culture.
