I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Austin, TX) in Jan 2013
Interview
Met them at the career fair. Recruiter was super nice. Applied online through MS website and recruiting service. About three weeks later, received an email regarding the interview. First round interview was mostly fit and one or two technical. Interviewer seemed uninterested in talking. Key to ace this was to NEVER LOOK DOWN ON YOUR RESUME. They want to know you as a person.

Question 1
What do you think is the future of MS given today's market condition?
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and how you're a good match.
After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Question 1
Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
