They paid for my travel expenses for an on-site interview (NYC). At first there were around 10 applicants at a panel of 4 professionals, telling us information about their roles in the company. Most had done the same internship. Then we had 2-1 interviews, mostly technical. They didn't really have any questions prepared, mostly worked off of what I said and my resume. Very nice, casual, lots of laughing and smiling. Great company vibe!
Two-hour interview split into one-hour sessions with different team members. Each session included behavioral questions about past experiences and teamwork. Both interviewers presented a LeetCode-style coding problem ranging from easy to medium difficulty.
