I applied online on Morgan Stanley's website. I submitted my personal information, CV and cover letter. I got a phone interview. It lasted around 30 mins in which I was asked to andwer some basic questions about my skills and myself. Then I got invited to an onsite interview day. First we did a group exercise with 4 people and then I did a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed in January 2021 for the intern programme that Spring. Had one telephone interviews and a virtual assessment centre, which consisted of a technical technical interview and a competency interview.

Smooth, telephone interview. HR was quite to process my application online, and then it took a week and a half to notify that there will be a telephone interview. You get to choose the interview time you want.

Personal background, what do you like about your degree, why did you choose your major, what do you know about the company, one problem-solving question
2 interviews (technical and competency) and group exercise. Fairly easy, knowledge of OOP not required and if you get stuck you are guided through the answers. This was after a phone interview with HR with predominantly strengths based questions.
