I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Feb 2009
Interview
Full-day interview with MDs, executive directors and HR. In addition to "fit" and "industry" questions, they provided a lot of time for me to ask questions. It seems like I was also being judged by what questions I asked and how I asked them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work in financial services? How will this position fit within your longer-term career goals?
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and how you're a good match.
After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Question 1
Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
