The process included a phone screening, behavioral and competency questions, product-knowledge discussions, and a final round assessing client communication, problem-solving, and regulatory awareness. Interviewer focused on personal ambition for internal growth.

“Tell me about a time you handled a difficult client and how you resolved the situation.”
Very easy basic asked what a stock is and a bond. The rest is standard what is your experience stuff. It was relatively long like almost an hour. Answer with confidence and have a general understanding of finance

The interview process is straightforward. They sent an email that summarized what would be in the interview, so I had plenty of time to prepare. Very friendly and professional interviewers.

One screening call with the recruiter. And then two interviews back to back with a hiring manager and a manager in the local office. The communication between the managers and me was great and easy to set up the interviews.
