Not a great experience with them I'm afraid! they don't seem to be too concerned about candidate experience despite the fact I applied for a role in HR, where candidate/employee experience should be taken seriously. I spoke with them on two occasions and was told I'd hear back from them and nothing. anyway, I see on LinkedIn that they've filled the role so I guess that's my answer! Unsubscribing from the Moonpig emails and deleting my customer account which is a shame because I liked them, however this experience hasn't left a good impression on me.
