The interviews= begins by the candidate (me) doing a presentation about a previously finished skill test consisting of a design process and proposed solutions case. After the presentation it is continued by a get to know each other talks.

Interview
When I sent my CV and applied via email, A day latter I was invited to meetup with the CTO directly at the company (there was no HR division yet back then) and he asked me to prepare a presentation about my best work, and my creative process. After all the explanation he also presented a little about Moka POS and their vision and mission. There was no software test or design test whatsoever. The CTO is such a really easygoing person and the presentation went very smoothly.
