They asked about basic GMP knowledge, some lightweight technical, and behavioral questions. And they also asked about long term goals. I spoke to two different interviewers and both seemed nice. It was overall an okay experience.
One 30 minute virtual interview with two supervisors under the same department. Overall it was pretty casual. The interview ended before the 30 minutes were over (I got the job).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Moderna (Harwell, South East England, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
recently, i had an interview with Moderna for the manufacturing associate role in Harwell Oxfordshire. there was 3 different interviews with 5 people altogether? is this normal? i think this is ridiculous. why 3 separate interviews for a manufacturing role that is literally a glorified operator with poor pay. the salary should match the level interview depth and it doesn't. i was in there last week for 3 hours and realized at the end of it I didn't even want this job. Moderna needs to change this process because a lot of the questions that were giving to me were repetitive by other members. what's the point? i have done a lot of interviews with big medical and pharmaceutical companies but this was by far the longest and time consuming which made me lack the desire of being interested in this role. Moderna come on!

Question 1
repetitive questions were asked all the time. 3 hours interview process.
asking me about my quality related experience and CAPA experience when it says on the JD that its a pure Manufacturing role?? why? up the salary if i'm doing manufacturing and contributing towards CAPA and change control processes and other QMS activities.
