I applied in-person. I interviewed at MitchelLake Group (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
It was a total waste of my Time!! After the 1st phone call interview, they called me for a 5 hour on-site interview (mind you, it was really a 5 hour interview). The interview went quite well and I was expecting to get a feedback/update for the next steps. I did not get any!! I sat in their office for 5 hours and they don't even have the decency to at least let the candidates know about their feedback?! Extremely unprofessional behavior!!. Disappointed!!!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MitchelLake Group (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
It was terrible. Total waste of time. For a agency they are the worst at interviewing. they said they wanted me to meet the founder and then never called.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MitchelLake Group (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
My process was a little different (and a bit longer) since I was relocating from the East Coast and the position was new. I had an initial in-person group interview, followed by two phone interviews, one of which I requested to help me understand the needs of the role better.
Overall, this was my most positive interview experience. The questions were natural and focused a lot of time on my work style and goals, which helped me realize how great a fit the role would be for me.
