I was reached out by hiring manager, then there were multiple steps including meeting with HR, Sales management, a cultural interview, a case study and the SE exec interview. This was very well structured and allowed to meet different roles at each level

How to be efficient when working with different countries & cultures
It was a case study where I presented a pitch of the tool and its applicability to a potential customer. Deep dive into security questions, industry specific aspects and AI features.
