I had 2 interviews & was hired after the 2nd interview. My favorite was the final interview as it took place outside on the patio on a sunny day and the Director of HR was the perfect interviewer! She made me comfortable, asked direct questions to the position and was genuinely interested in each answer I gave..... which I thought made for a great experience. I was hired that day and luck would have it that afternoon the hotel had their monthly "Rally" was taking place so I got to attend the hour long event and I meet many of my new coworkers! It was a great day all the way around and I can honestly say my interview experience at Miramonte was the one of the absolute best hands down!
