Interview
I had a phone screen with recruiting and it went very well. I had all the experience they were looking for, but it sounded like it wasn't a match with salary (but no big deal). Was told that she would be reaching out to the hiring manager to set up a phone screen the following week. A day or so later I sent the "thank you for interviewing" note. I didn't receive any communication back for 6 days until the auto-generated rejection email saying they've hired another candidate. No skin off my back, but very turned off from the lack of communication.

Interview
Apply online, wait for interview call then complete employment paperwork. Hope you have a good person to shadow at job. Lots of paperwork. Very helpful in the beginning but less involved as work progressed.

Interview
I was called first by the Human Resources Manager and asked basic questions. The Project Manager of the contract then called me a day or 2 later to interview me. They were both phone interviews and I feel they went very well. There were 2 separate phone interviews.
