Unprofessional interview experience with one high-level person on the team. Made assumptions about why I wanted to leave my currently role. They ended up apologizing for it.
The worst past was getting an automated message saying "thank you for taking the time to interview, but due to the high level of applicants, we're not able to process your application." This AFTER I'd already spoken with several people on the team AND had an interview with the CMO scheduled. It was disheartening and confusing to get this email and not hear directly from the hiring manager.
