First initial call was good easy and seemed to like my background and have real interest in me. Second interview felt natural and asked questions about my background and why I am interested in sales. I did not get the third round and I asked for feedback and was told I was robotic despite not thinking I was. High expectations for an entry level role with medium to low pay for the industry. Questions could have been more insightful in the interview.

I only did an online one-way interview. If a company doesn't even take time to chat in real time. Just run on the other side. Mimecast is a decent company, though. Never got a chance to talk to a recruiter to understand the whole process.

Why Mimecast? Tell us about yourself. Why would you be good for this role?
Not very difficult, just need to use your personality and everything will be fine. They are looking for people that want to learn and be competitive. Which is good for most young people.
