Personality questions were standard regarding who you are and how you solve problems. Expect technical questions about basic analytic techniques and basic chemistry. Phone interview was easy and in person was a panel interview with three supervisors.

Simple and fast process. An HR call and then a virtual panel interview with 4 people. Both interviews were straightforward, asking about experiences with behavioral questions. The interviewers were very knowledgeable and friendly.
