Millennium Hotels and Resorts interview questions

The interview process could have been more respectful and considerate towards interviewee, be it schedule/time and negotiation period - felt rushed due to their need to fill the position, and not because they genuinely felt that you're the best fit for the role.

I sat down with the Operations manager for the interview in the Hotel dining room. He was really nice, had my resume printed out and a questions sheet. The question range from why are you interested in this job to recall specific challenges I’ve dealt with, difficult guests to describing a day working under pressure.
