I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Midwest Consulting Group in Feb 2023
Interview
They were very fast to reach out after applying which was great! Set up an interview and sent multiple confirmations. When it came to the interview time, it was a scheduled 15 minute interview… that they were 11 minutes late to. Then it was rapid fire questions for 4 minutes and goodbye. It felt very unprofessional. My friend also interviewed on a different day and they did the same to her. They also told us both they were interviewing over 20 candidates that day? I got a call for a second interview but I am declining due to the initial one. I felt like if they couldn’t respect my time in an interview process then they for sure wouldn’t in a job

Question 1
Q: what do you do in your free time? Q: if you could sit down for dinner with somebody dead or alive, who would it be?
Just stay away. After they get the initial interview out of you, they disappear. Couldn't get a call back or any type of update. It's a good thing I didn't put many eggs in this basket.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Midwest Consulting Group (Overland Park, KS) in Jan 2015
Interview
A collaborative effort to find the most suitable candidate for the client. The interview was begun by a technical recruiter, transitioned to an HR specialist, then concluded with the technical recruiter.
