I applied online. I interviewed at Michigan Medicine (Ann Arbor, MI)
Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds: an initial experience and company fit interview with HR, followed by a second interview with the pharmacy supervisor. Both interviews were conducted virtually and included general behavioral questions, lasting approximately 30 minutes to an hour each.
The interview process itself went smoothly; however, the timeline from the initial online application submission to receiving a response was fairly long—about two months. The onboarding process is also quite extensive, taking roughly two months before you begin training on the floor.
