The interview process was simple and straight forward. It took less than an hour. It was a lot of behavioral and situational questions. They reviewed the unit, salary, work culture, and MA ratio.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Michigan Medicine (Ypsilanti, MI)

Lengthy process... Interviewed with multiple people in two different sets of interviews. Took over a month to recieve offer for employment. Questions were pretty straight forward but are not yes/no answers. Most medical positions require this though. Personality counts. Showing that this is not just a job, but something enjoyable counts as well.
