Went to University career fair and got an interview on the spot after talking to recruiter. The interview was the next day, also on camps. Interview process was really generic questions and the recruiter talked about Michelin a majority of the time.

Group interview where a group of about 5 people had to create a business plan given a prompt. We then had to present it to the team and spend about 5 minutes answering questions on our business proposal.

Remote interview with hiring manager. Fairly quick turn around from application to interview. Only one interview, with one interviewer. After being hired, there are two full days of safety training. I felt safe on the job.
