    Pros

    The company is great to work for if you plan to be here forever. The benefits are great and the HR organization really cares about you.

    Cons

    There is lots of red tape within the company, and is extremely rigid. This company also has a tendency to allow low performers to remain on teams and just transfer their work to others. There are lots of burnt-out employees for this reason.
