2 phone interviews and 2 personal interviews. these were very informal, i was told to dress casual and plan about 1 hour per interview. the second interview was about 45 minuets. I was offered coffee and drinks and snacks as i waited my turn.

Quick and easy. Recruiter was very helpful and knew the company and job sites well. The on-site interview team was much more out of touch with their own site than the recruiter, and the job ended up being very different from what I applied for. Make sure you get to talk to the hiring manager about direct responsibilities and have a good understanding what you'll be doing the first year and how to determine if you're being successful.
