Interview
I registered my interest on day 1. Had a call from the recruiter day 2. 1:1 interview day 3 and offered position straight away. This was an easy process . I wish other companies had a quick process.
Very quick and simple overall experience in care mostly via phone more about how you can care for someone and how you would handle challenging situations or behaviours
It doesn't take time at all and they are friendly
Easy, not many questions were asked at my interview. Had to do a quick maths and English test but this was easy. The interview lasted about 10 to 15 minutes.
