I applied through other source. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Metrica in Jun 2011
Interview
I actually applied for a part-time accounting clerk position, but after I arrived for an interveiw, I was informed that my interview had been changed to a totally different field, an entry level logistics position. The interview was with the CEO of the company and the office manager, and mostly consisted of an interrogation of my international experience overseas and my coursework in school. After that interview, I was asked to write an essay response explaining my treatment of a hypothetical situation common to the work entailed.
